Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes:
- 5–8 working days within India (location dependent)
During festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays, delivery time may increase slightly.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges may apply based on location & order value
- Any delivery fees will be shown at checkout before payment
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped,
we will share a tracking link via SMS/Email so you can follow your package.
Wrong / Incomplete Address
If the address provided is incorrect or unreachable,
delivery may be delayed or returned back to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged / Missing Product
If your package is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video proof.
We will resolve the issue quickly and at no extra cost.
Return to Origin
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver after multiple attempts,
the order may return to us.
We will contact you for re-delivery (extra charges may apply).
